Calculator Place is a small, independent project. There's no support ticket system, no chat widget, no PR team — just one inbox.
The fastest way to reach us is by email at [email protected]. We read everything; we reply when a reply is useful.
What's worth writing about
- Bug reports. A calculator gave a wrong answer, a button didn't work, the page broke on your phone — please tell us. Include the URL, what you typed in, what you expected, and what you got.
- Calculator requests. If you wished a particular calculator existed and it doesn't, that's exactly the kind of input we want. We add new tools based on what people ask for.
- Guide topics. If you want a written explainer on a topic that's currently a calculator without one (or no calculator at all), the Guides section is open territory.
- Corrections. If a formula is off, a guide paragraph is misleading, or a fee schedule is out of date, we'd rather hear it from you than from a confused user months later.
- Translation help. The site is available in 8 languages. Native speakers who want to polish a translation are very welcome.
- Accessibility issues. If something on the site is hard to use with a screen reader, with keyboard navigation, or at high zoom levels, please let us know what broke for you.
What we can't help with
Calculator Place is a calculation tool, not a professional service. We can't:
- Give personalized financial advice, tax advice, or legal advice.
- Provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations.
- Review your specific mortgage offer, investment portfolio, or business plan.
- Confirm what your tax bill will actually be in a specific jurisdiction.
For any of those, please consult a licensed professional in your country and state. The calculators here are educational tools designed to make the underlying math transparent — not substitutes for advice from someone who knows your specific situation.
Response time
We aim to read messages within a few days and respond within a week for things that need a response. Bug reports usually get looked at faster. Feature requests sometimes sit a while before we get to them; we still appreciate them.
Press and partnerships
For press inquiries, partnership ideas, or licensing questions, the same email works. Please include "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line so it doesn't sit behind feature requests.
